To check your registered article status, please go to : www.singpost.com/ra/ra_article_status.asp

 

NOTES:
1) Please take note that this is a registered article mail, not a courier service, it won't update the status real time.
It only provide us a form of tracking the parcel in the event that parcel is missing.

2) All registered airmail shipment will be delivered by your country POST OFFICE SERVICES.
3) If you have problem with any of the links, please type manually. As it might be due to the different operating system
4) Normally it take 7 to 15 business days to reach OVERSEAS address, at time it is further delayed due to custom check.

*The status is available up to the point the mail leaves Singapore.
*Registered article item require signature.
 

After leaving Singapore, no online status report will be available.
Except for the following countries :

Just insert the registered article no. to the Track and Confirm:

The status will ONLY be updated when they make an ATTEMPT to deliver to you.

If no one is around to pick up the delivery they will leave a note and update the status.

REGISTERED ARTICLE TRACKING NUMBER

A Registered Article (RA) Number is allocated to you when you post a registered article at any of the Post Office Branches. The 9 digit number starting with RR and ends with SG can be found on the posting receipt that you have used to fill in the addressee's particulars. You or your customer can use this number to verify the status of your mail.

The registered article number appears in the following format:

RR999999999SG   (where 9 represents a digit)
